A Client of ours a startup company dealing with Mobile phones, Accessories,
Camcorders, laptops and other electronics is seeking candidates who are
target driven , have the energy and desire to grow.
*Sales Executives.*
· Should have experience of 2 years in selling Mobile phones or
other Communication gadgets.
· Should be exposed to Corporate, Wholesale and retail marketing
· Network marketing experience is also highly desired.
· The said individual should be result oriented and target driven
· Should have excellent communication skills
*Senior accountant*
*KPI’s & RESPONSIBILITIES.*
· Managing the production of timely reports
· Setting up efficient systems and processes
· Processing accounting data
· Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents
or records.
· Processing invoices.
· Implementing and setting up accounting systems and processes and
internal controls.
· Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records
detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense
vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
· Enters data into computer system using defined computer programs
· Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
· Reconciles records with internal company employees and management,
or external vendors or customers.
· Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
Generating profit and loss reports and trial balance and balance sheet
reports
*REQUIREMENTS.*
· Bachelors Degree in any business field.
· Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting computer
applications preferably Tally CPA (K) or equivalent international
qualifications.
· 5-7 years experience in Accounting and 2 in Senior Management
*Key Competencies / Occupational Skills/ Personality Traits/ Profile*
· Work requires professional written and verbal communication and
interpersonal skills.
· Knowledge of costing is an added advantage
· Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills.
· Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.

Ability to prepare financial reports
· Smart, flexible, good communication and interpersonal skills,
honest and person with integrity.
· Keen to detail hence ensuring accuracy in maintaining and entering
financial data/ records.
*ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT.*
· B.com / Business related degree with bias in Finance/accounts,
· CPA2 and above,
· Worked in a busy accounts office for a minimum of 2 years –
Experience in management of customer accounts would be an added advantage
· Experience in computerized accounts system**
· Experience in data entry**

*Logistics/Clearing & forwarding Executive*
* *
· Should have KRA training and certification in Clearing and
Forwarding
· 2+ years experience
· Should be versatile with tracking of goods
· Ability to prepare Import Declarations and other necessary
documentation.
*STORE KEEPER.*
· Should be able to prepare and maintain Stock ledgers and cards
· 2-3 years experience in the same field
*GENERAL MANAGER.***
The main role of General Manager is to direct, promote, and coordinate the
operations of the business in a manner that will optimize the company
efficiency and help the company achieve its goals. It also involves
monitoring day to day activities in production, company performance,
business development, profitability and sales, service, reporting, and other
duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
*Management*
· Setting up systems and processes in line with company needs
· Manage overall responsibility for the company
· Ensure decisions taken by the top management are implemented
within business.
· Ensures that the company and departments are functioning according
to the plan which was determined by the top management.
· Provide inputs to management regarding planning and setting
targets
· Ensure that appropriate and integrated information is made
available for smooth working of various departments.
· Analyze the performance of departments and find ways to maximize
the efficiency.
· Maintain good relations with employees and external parties.
· Develop innovative business strategies and solutions towards
enhancing the company services.
· Ensure that there is sufficient inventory maintained all the time
in the in order to avoid any delays in processing an order.
· Ensure that every department has adequate number of staff
required.
· Perform auditing of every department on monthly basis.
· Ensure that departmental reports are sent to management on
daily/Weekly/ monthly basis
*Administration***
· Review the various miscellaneous expenses of the departments and
crosscheck it against the budget allocated.
· Develop and implement departmental and operational policies and
procedures.
· Perform auditing of the departments’ efficiency on monthly basis.
· Review the performance of staff and conduct appraisal on a yearly
basis.
Ensures the departments follow the budgetary limits and cost control
measures are implemented efficiently on regular basis.
*KPI’S*
· Effective execution of strategy determined by management.
· Work with/and manage teams to deliver solutions through effective
implementation of operational policies and procedures.
· Ensure excellent customer relations with key clients.
· Drive and ensure delivery of projects with predefined timelines
and budget.

with adjacent logistical processes in order to maximize service levels and
operational efficiencies.
· Ensure the efficient and effective use of implemented policies and
procedures.
· Measure the cost and service effectiveness against predetermined
benchmarks.
· Ensure complete understanding of Company service offerings and
knowledge of external industry practices with a focus on continuous
improvement.
Work with management team to enhance overall business strategic direction,
market share, profitability and growth.

*REQUIRED QUALIFICATION.*
- Bachelors Degree in any business field preferably Business Management.
- MUST HAVE A SALES BACKGROUND
- Accounting knowledge preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role.
