Receptionist, Fashion Stylist and Sales Reps Jobs in a Publishing, Design and Consulting company

We are a publishing, design and consulting company seeking to fill the following positions:

Receptionist & Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
  • Administering and overseeing the office requirements related to procurement and operations.
  • Reception and customer relations
  • Working with Management & HR to address staff matters.
  • Assisting with preparation of business presentations i.e. texts, presentations & bound documents.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling and organizing meetings.
  • Interfacing with various departments to collect information and responding to requests.
  • Maintenance of office budget/petty cash and basic book keeping.
  • Compiling and distributing staff meeting minutes.
  • Taking part in administrative duties and special projects as required.
  • Compiling, managing & updating the Company’s mailing list & subscribers database.
  • Attending to customer enquiries.
Qualifications / Experience
  • A Bachelors degree or diploma in Business administration /Secretarial studies or related field.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience
  • Excellent command of English language both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage own workflow.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must well organized, reliable and able to work under pressure
Fashion Stylist

Responsibilities:
  • Photoshoot theme creation and execution.
  • Contacting and managing models before, during and after photoshoots.
  • Sourcing and working with fashion designers, photographers, hair & makeup artists to execute fashion and editorial photoshoots.
  • Sourcing outfits and accessories for use during model photo shoots
  • Making of budgets and tracking of expenses
  • Design and operation of a models database for current and future use.
Qualifications / Experience
  • A Bachelors degree or diploma in fashion design or related field.
  • A flair for fashion and current trends.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage own workflow.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must well organized, reliable and able to work under pressure.
  • Must be young, energetic and able to work with minimum supervision.
Sales & Merchandising Reps 

2 positions

Responsibilities:
  • Building and managing a network of retailers, bookstores and vendors.
  • Creating and executing marketing strategies.
  • Selling Company and client products at exhibitions and trade fairs.
  • Processing customer orders.
  • Tracking of stock and following up on collections.
  • Carrying out and evaluating market research; monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activities.
  • Collecting relevant data for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
Qualifications / Experience
  • A diploma in sales and marketing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Kiswahili.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must well organized, reliable and able to work under pressure.
  • Must be young, energetic and able to work with minimum supervision.
