KASNEB is a professional examinations body which operates under the Accountants Act, No. 15 of 2008, the Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya Act, Cap 534 of 1988 and the Investment and Financial Analysts Act, No.13 of 2015.
The mandate of KASNEB is to develop syllabuses, conduct professional, diploma and technician examinations; certify candidates in accountancy, finance, credit, governance and management, information communication technology and related disciplines; promote its qualifications globally and accredit relevant training institutions.

In keeping with current strategic needs, KASNEB seeks to recruit suitable candidates for the following positions:
Administrative Assistant II, Customer Service, Front Office
Job Level 8
Overall Purpose: The Administrative Assistant II, Customer Service, Front Office will be responsible for providing and promoting professional high quality and frontline customer focused service point.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Officer, Customer Service, the Administrative Assistant II, Customer Service, Front Office will be responsible for:
(i) Providing service to customers through responding promptly and fully to queries.
(ii) Handling customer complaints and customer feedback through the various communication channels.
(iii) Providing accurate information regarding the qualifications, examination applications and registration procedures to customers and referring them to relevant contacts as applicable.
(iv) Welcoming, directing/announcing visitors and relaying messages as appropriate.
(v) Managing adherence to security procedures/access control.
(vi) Receiving, sorting and registering letters and other documents and ensuring delivery to requisite offices.
(vii) Carrying out all administrative tasks relating to the customer service centre and any necessary follow up work in relation to incoming calls and written enquiries.
(viii) Providing support and assistance in implementing marketing programmes for the Unit.
(ix) Ensuring risk management in the area of operation.
(x) Ensuring the implementation of the ISO Quality Management System in the area of operation.
(xi) Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Academic / Professional Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
(i) Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Customer Service or related discipline.
(ii) Minimum one (1) year relevant experience.

(ix) Flexible and resourceful at problem solving.
(x) Satisfy the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
