Assistant General Manager Job in Kenya

Assistant General Manager
A fast growing Airtel Dealer with various sales outlets spread across Mount Kenya region wishes to fill the above position within its existing establishment.
Required minimum qualifications;
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing, or an equivalent qualification in a related field.
  • Bachelor degree in business related field is an added advantage.
  • Certificate of good conduct.
  • Should be between 18- 35 years.
  • Proven record of result orientation.
  • Must have worked with Airtel dealer or Airtel Company for not less than 3 years in the same capacity or an equivalent position.
  • Must be willing to live and work in Meru County.
Required skills and experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Computer Literate with good report writing and budgeting/Financial management skills.
  • Should be an excellent team player.
  • Proven supervisory skills
  • Demonstrated organizational capabilities.
  • Good motivational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
