Duma Works is recruiting a Project Coordinatorin Nairobi for Benham International.
Benham international is a leading supplier of bakery, kitchen and laundry quality equipment in the Eastern Africa region.
The company is looking for a responsible Project Coordinator who will run, administer and organise all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Technical Manager, aiming at the flawless execution of the project.
Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information.
Liaise with sales/clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget.
Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
Use project management tools to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend.
Issue all appropriate legal paperwork.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Monitor stock for each project and ensure that technical staff has the necessary equipment and materials to complete.
Update project sheet and board daily.
Chairperson for project meetings.
Post high school certificate or diploma.
Must have excellent written and oral communication abilities (read, write and speak English fluently).
Ability to effectively manage time, meet targets and coordinate activities with team members.
Good knowledge of excel spreadsheets/project sheets.
Should be technically minded.
Good organised person that can keep track of all costing spent on project.
Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to handle pressure of various projects and meet straight and tight deadlines.
Fast learner looking to grow within the company as the operations expand into other countries.
