FMCG Industry Sales Manager Vacancy in Kenya
Our client based in Nairobi, Kenya is a company in the FMCG industry looking for highly motivated, ambitious and self driven candidates to fill the following positions;
Basic Function: The Sales Manager will be expected to deliver sales growth in the various identified market segments.
Managing personnel and developing sales and sales support staff.
Reviewing progress of sales roles throughout the organization.
Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams for the organization.
Developing specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
Providing quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Formulating sales policies, practices and procedures for the branches.
Assisting sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top decision-makers.
Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field or any other relevant field.
At least three (3) years’ experience in a managerial position.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manager well at all levels of the organization.
Ability to adapt interpersonal style to suit different people or situations.
Good planning and organizational skills.
Problem solving skills
