logistics company Direct Sales Executive Job in Kenya

Our Client, a leading logistics company is looking for a performance driven individual, with excellent transferable skills and demonstrable track records of achievement in past roles to fill the position of a Direct Sales Executive.

Reporting to the Sales Manager-, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following Key result areas:-
  • Responsible for formulating and implementing marketing. sales and customer relations strategies in order to increase the market share and revenue
  • Develop, negotiate and promote strategic partnership to enhance the Company’s strategic position.
  • Prepare sales letters/communication to clients including presentations and quotations outlining detailed offers to clients for the company.
  • Closely monitor the competitors and regularly inform the Management team on new developments.
  • Collect and analyze market information to determine the company position and help develop and review business strategies.
  • Maintain the client database and collect views to assist the customer service team in business growth strategies.
  • Prepare monthly reports to assist in forecasting, measuring market share, market trends and demand.
The applicant should possess the following qualifications:-
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Diploma in Sales and Marketing
  • 3 years’ experience in a busy Sea freight Logistics Company
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communicator with good negotiating skills.
