Job Title: PA to Managing Director
Department: Administration Department
Reporting To: Managing Director
Overall Responsibility: Effective coordination of MDs activities and reflecting positive corporate image
  • Efficient internal and external communication
  • Effective management of MD’s Diary
  • Efficient communication between MDs Office and other Departments
  • Timely response to enquiries
Key Tasks:
  • Planning and organizing meetings/Maintaining diary.
  • Preparing updates for intranets
  • Typing internal and external correspondences and reports
  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Arranging appointments and making follow up
  • Making air travel arrangement
  • Filing and retrieving of correspondences
  • Maintaining sound filing systems in the office
  • Ensuring cleanliness of the office
  • Performing any other duty as may be assigned from time to time
  • Degree or diploma in administration / business / management / secretarial studies.
Additional Skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to research, analyze and present material clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Honesty and reliability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
Work experience:  a minimum of 1 years’ relevant experience as P.A. in a corporate environment.
