Main Purpose of the Job: Leading, planning, organizing and controlling all pharmacy activities and operations in line with overall business objectives
Main Responsibilities
  • Implementing the policies, processes and procedures of the Pharmacy in line with company goals
  • Shall be in charge of procurement of pharmacy drugs and items and all other required orders within the laid procedures.
  • Shall make sure all tenders, LPOs and quotations are worked on within the specified period and at the highest standards possible.
  • Set sales targets for the pharmacy staff and pharmacy sales staff and support the team to ensure that performance targets are met.
  • To coordinate monthly and yearly stock taking and recording of the medicine in the pharmacy.
  • To coordinate the activities between the various branches of the company.
  • To ensure accurate database and follow-ups of existing clients and proposing ways of developing new clientele base
  • Ensure that there is superior customer experience for all customers and that all emerging issues are well handled and in time
  • To ensure that the company resources and assets are well taken care of as well as ensure proper expenditure by putting the right measures in place in collaboration with the finance office.
  • To participate in various company meetings and functions aimed at improving performance and aiding business growth.
  • Provide leadership to achieve high performance by ensuring employee development, employee engagement and performance management to deliver organization objectives and goals.
  • Avail accurate and timely reports including recommendation for management decision.

Academic Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
  • At least 4 years related experience
  • Professional Certification will be an added advantage
