We are aiming to further expand our team and are looking for candidates to fill in the following position:
Your tasks
  • Greets customers and manages customer service area
  • Answer and directs incoming telephone calls, takes accurate messages, and transfers calls to the appropriate person
  • Respond to and directs customer inquiries in an efficient manner
  • Compose, prepares and proofreads correspondence, office memos, and reports and maintains confidentiality when required
Your profile
  • To have a diploma in public relations / customer service or equivalent
  • Enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude
  • 3-5 years relevant work Experience
  • Certificate in Computer studies or relevant with high proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Must possess good listening and comprehension skills
  • Good interpersonal relations, communication skills and possess a high degree of integrity, honesty and confidentiality
