Consumer Insight Ltd, a leading market research company in Africa is currently seeking for suitable candidates to fill the following vacant position;
Job Title: Research Executive
Reports To: Research Manager
Main Purpose of the Job: Assisting the Senior Research Executive in business planning, client service and project management to achieve the Company’s business objectives.
Principal Responsibilities
  • Writing proposals
  • Selling Consumer Insight branded reports and Six-course workshops
  • Report writing and preparation of final presentations
  • Briefing and liaising with the data analysis department on the required analysis
  • Liaising with the field department for project costing and fieldwork logistics
  • Over seeing proper implementation of the project as per the objectives
  • Preparing contract documents (PAC) and forwarding to client for acceptance
  • Follow up with client for approval and/or purchase orders
  • Liaising with accounts department in preparations and sending of invoices
  • Follow up and confirmation of payment before commencement of work
  • Client service including following up on clients with regard to proposals, responding to their correspondence, presentation of reports and meeting clients for briefs and other business related needs
  • Follow up with the client for final payment after submission/presentation of the report
  • Send customer satisfaction survey to clients and follow up for collection
  • Ensure back up for all the work done on a project
  • Prepare project status update for both internal and client use
  • Attend to any duty as otherwise directed by your supervisor.
Person Specification
Education Qualification and Training
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or any other related field
  • Post graduate Marketing Diploma
Knowledge and Skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Basic Market Research Knowledge
  • Team building
  • Good organisation
  • Good communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Project management skills
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Advertising or Market Research in a reputable company
