We are seeking to recruit suitably qualified candidates to fill various teaching positions in the Faculty of Health Sciences in the following areas of specialization: Medicine, Nursing, Health Systems Management, Health Records, and Information Management, Environmental / Public Health and related fields.
1. Senior Lecturer (Full-time)
Minimum qualifications:
  • A PhD in a relevant field (or a Masters degree qualification with outstanding teaching experience in an institution of higher learning)
  • At least 3 years of teaching experience at the university level as a lecturer or 6 years research/industry experience
  • Should provide evidence of relevant research publications
2. Lecturers (Both full-time and part time)
Minimum qualifications:   
  • A PhD or equivalent degree qualification (or a Master’s degree qualification in special cases) in the relevant area from a recognized and accredited university;
  • Those with a Masters degree must have at least three (3) years teaching experience at university level;
  • Should provide evidence of relevant research publications
3. Tutorial Fellows (Both full-time and part time)
Minimum qualifications:
  • A Masters degree in a relevant field from a recognized and accredited university;
  • Registration in a PhD programme will be an added advantage
